Privacy at QR Wave
QR Wave is operated by WealWave Marketing Inc. We designed it to collect only what is needed to provide a private, administrator-managed workspace.
Information we process
We process your administrator-created email address, authentication activity, brand kits, uploaded logos, and projects you explicitly choose to save. Draft QR content is generated in your browser and is not stored by QR Wave unless you select Save project.
How information is used
We use member information to authenticate access, synchronize saved work, secure the service, and provide support. QR Wave does not sell personal information, serve advertising, or track scans made from generated QR codes.
Storage and retention
Authentication records, saved workspace data, and private logo files are stored on infrastructure controlled by the QR Wave operator. Encrypted operational backups are sent to a separately owned recovery host. Routine authentication does not require QR Wave to email you. Saved content remains until you delete it or request account deletion, subject to limited backup retention.
Your choices
You can delete individual projects and brand kits inside QR Wave. Contact your QR Wave administrator for a credential reset, account export, or account-data deletion request.
Security
Member records and files are isolated by account-level access controls. Administrators may disable workspace access when necessary. No internet service is risk-free, but we use encrypted transport, restricted access, and operational monitoring appropriate to the service.
