QR Wave terms of use
These terms govern private access to QR Wave, a service operated by WealWave Marketing Inc.
Permitted use
You may use QR Wave for lawful business purposes and only with content you have the right to encode and logos you have the right to use. Credentials are personal and must not be shared with unauthorized people.
QR content and testing
You are responsible for the accuracy, destination, legality, and continued availability of content encoded in your QR codes. Test every downloaded code in its final physical or digital context before publishing or printing it.
Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability. QR Wave may change, suspend, or retire features when required for security, maintenance, or product improvement.
Account security
Replace temporary passwords promptly, keep your permanent password confidential, and tell WealWave Marketing Inc. if you suspect unauthorized access. Administrators may reset credentials or suspend access that threatens the service, violates these terms, or creates risk for other members.
Warranty and liability
QR Wave is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, WealWave Marketing Inc. is not liable for indirect losses, printing costs, inaccessible destinations, or reliance on an untested QR code.
